It is a nice message, they remember Black Students, Muslim Students, LGBT Students, Female Students, Latino Students and Undocumented Students but they do not remember Deaf Students.
Hmmm you know like they say if you don't do it, someone else will do it. Since you didn't remember Deaf students in your message then i will remember Deaf Students and since i am also a teacher, i will add them in the message:

Dear DEAF STUDENTS,

In the classroom, you can do anything hearing students can, EXCEPT HEAR.
